Free and Trial start without Stripe. Paid access is sold as annual plan-plus-module SKUs. The current checkout flow uses one-time Stripe prices for one year of access, then the app grants the matching annual entitlement. Enterprise Custom stays quote-based so larger seat counts or bigger Memory-bank quotas can be activated manually without changing the standard checkout flow.

Current truth of the product: Stripe is used in payment mode, so these should
be one-time prices representing one year of access. True recurring or automatic per-seat
billing would require a backend checkout-model change.
Charges are set in GBP. International cards can still pay, and your bank or card provider may convert the final amount into local currency on your statement.
Referral and affiliate codes can also be used as a promotion path: buyers get the better of £2.50 off or 10% off, referral-code owners earn at least £2.00 per paid buyer, affiliate-code owners earn at least £2.50 per paid buyer, and the commission rate reaches 15% after 3 paid buyers.
Full refund stays open for the first 5 days. Referral and affiliate payouts are intentionally held until that refund window closes to reduce fraud.
Enterprise Custom
Need more seats or bigger Memory-bank quotas?
Enterprise Custom is the safe expansion path when a standard Enterprise package is too small. We agree the seat, device, and project caps first, bill it as a custom quote, invoice, or manual Stripe invoice, then activate the final limits from the admin portal.
Standard Enterprise
Public self-serve pricing stays on the normal Enterprise SKU map.
Current standard limit: 50 devices per licensed user and 2,000 Memory-bank projects.
Enterprise Custom Quote
Use this when you need higher seat counts, custom team sizing, or larger Memory-bank quotas.
Typical shape: larger seat caps with manually agreed project limits instead of unlimited access.
Activation Model
No extra public Stripe SKU is required.
After payment, the team or subscription is activated through existing admin manual-grant flows.
